Howler

Howler bring to the indie pop table, that gittery jump but ever so catchy surf vibe, really into this

White Denim were one of those bands i've always liked, but never really been that into. Loved the first album, then they kinda went off the boil for me. This year i've been lucky enough to catch them live 3 times, and they're awesome live! This is my fave track off the new album, too good

Neon Indian

Always hit n miss for me, but this Neon Indian track, Polish Girl, is amazing, just a great vibe to it

New Navy

Found New Navy via the new Kitsune comp, proper in love with this track, proper summer jam feel, but in winter...

Tyson x The Magician

2 of my fave's to come out of the house/electro scene this year have to be Tyson and The Magician, so you can image how happy i was when i saw this! Such a great version of yet again another amazing single from the unappreciated Tyson

Tom The Lion

It's always a bonus having Rough Trade West round the corner from work, especially now they are doing regular instore performances. Anyone who has been there will know how intimate the environment is, and to see someone perform in there is quite unique.

I saw Tom The Lion there on Monday, and it was great. His debut album is their "Album Of The Month" and is worth the £10 for it's ornate packaging alone.

Always wanting to see the "local" scene going forward, its awesome to see Gun Crime really coming into their own. Saw these guys a few years ago, an was really into them, the new EP which is free to download from HERE until Friday, is fucking awesome! Real edgy, aggy and a few power riffs in there too. You need Gun Crime in your life
